Terms of service

The service

Neoval provides SEO + GEO audits and monitoring subscriptions for websites. A free audit is a one-time report for one domain. Subscriptions re-run the analysis on a fixed cadence and add the features listed for each plan on the pricing page. We describe only what we actually deliver; features listed as manual are performed by a person.

Free audits

You may request a free audit only for websites you own or are authorised to have analysed. We may limit the number of free audits per domain and per requester. Audits read public pages only. Reports are published after automated quality checks; we may delay, withhold or take down a report at our discretion.

Subscriptions, cycles and refunds

Starter and Growth are subscriptions billed by Stripe, monthly or annually. Starter promises one monitoring run every month for one domain; Growth one run every week for up to three domains. At launch, runs are scheduled by Neoval; the next due date is shown in your dashboard. A report delivered within its cycle fulfils that cycle. If we miss a paid cycle, we refund that cycle on request or proactively, and record the refund. An annual plan runs to the end of the paid year.

Expert is a monthly subscription offered after a fit and capacity check, for one domain and one primary market. Enterprise terms are agreed by contract. You can cancel self-serve plans at any time from the customer portal; service continues to the end of the paid period.

The one-off deep audit

The deep audit is a single payment, not a subscription. It covers one domain: twenty buyer prompts on five answer engines, probed across three days, and a report a person reviews before it is sent. It is prepared by hand rather than produced on demand, and reaches you by email in less than 72 hours from payment; your confirmation email names the website and repeats that deadline. One re-audit of the same domain is included within 30 days. We sell a limited number each week; when a week is full the page says so rather than taking payment. If we miss the deadline we promised, write to us and we refund the purchase.

What we do not do

We do not change your website. Briefs and Content Agent Instructions are recommendations you or your agent decide to apply. We do not guarantee rankings, citations or traffic: answer engines change, and our reports document what we observed at a given date.

Accounts

Access is by email sign-in link. Keep your mailbox secure; a link grants access to your dashboard. Tell us at once if you believe your address is compromised so we can revoke access.

Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected month. Swiss law applies; courts of Switzerland have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email to subscribers before they apply.
