Plans, runs and scope
- What is a tracked buyer prompt?
- A question a potential customer would ask an AI assistant, such as “best invoicing tool for freelancers in Switzerland”. We run each tracked prompt on the plan’s answer engines every cycle and record whether you are cited, what is cited instead, and the sources used.
- Which engines are covered?
- The free audit runs on ChatGPT only. The deep audit, Growth and Expert cover ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overview. Starter monitors ChatGPT. Google search visibility is part of every audit. We only list engines we actually observe.
- How often do runs happen?
- Starter runs once a month, Growth and Expert once a week, per domain. At launch, Neoval schedules each run by hand and you see the next due date in your dashboard. A cycle delivered within its window counts as fulfilled; a missed cycle is refunded.
- What is in the deep audit, and how fast is it?
- One payment of $149, no subscription. 20 buyer prompts, each probed on all five engines, and the probes are repeated across three days so you see which citations are stable rather than a single sample. Every deep audit is reviewed by a person before it is sent, which is why it takes less than 72 hours rather than minutes: your confirmation email names the website and says when the report arrives. One re-audit is included within 30 days.
- Why is the deep audit capped?
- A person reviews every deep audit, so we sell at most 10 a week. When the week is full, the page says so instead of taking your money.
- Is there annual billing?
- Yes, on Starter and Growth: pay for ten months and get twelve. Expert is monthly, as agreed at the intro. Annual plans are cancelled from the same customer portal and run to the end of the paid year.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Starter and Growth can be cancelled any time from the customer portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Expert is monthly with notice, as agreed at the intro.
- What is the methodology?
- Deterministic crawling and checks for SEO, real prompts submitted to answer engines for GEO, and automated quality checks before each report is published. Every observation records the query, engine, date and cited source. When something cannot be observed we say so rather than estimate.
- What does Expert include, and not include?
- Everything in Growth on three domains, plus a custom prompt set written for your buyers, briefs written for your stack, one 45-minute call each month and asynchronous email support. Implementation stays with you or your agent unless a separate implementation scope is agreed. It is a founding rate limited to 10 clients; larger scope is Enterprise.
