Neoval is an independent software and advisory company based in Basel, Switzerland. It has operated under the Neoval name since 2021 and was incorporated as Neoval GmbH in November 2022. It is run by its founder, a senior software engineer, without outside capital, and every product on this site is written, hosted and supported by the company itself.
Three dates
Five years in three lines.
- 2021
- Neoval starts as an independent advisory and engineering practice for on-chain money infrastructure: stablecoins, tokenised deposits, settlement and oracles.
- 2022
- Incorporated as Neoval GmbH in Basel in November.
- 2026
- The product line opens: SEO-GEO, API to Agents, MaFactureOK, TrustMyDocs and PromptRewind go live, each on its own domain, all built and operated by Neoval.
